Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of 10factorinfra.com, our digital products, Terraform modules, Compliance-as-Code resources, and any related services (“Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the 10factorinfra.com products and services.

3. Services Provided

10FactorInfra provides:

  • Compliance-as-Code modules

  • Terraform infrastructure templates

  • Security & compliance documentation

  • Digital downloads

  • Consulting and professional guidance (optional)

All resources are delivered digitally.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Topmate. We do not store or process any payment information.

5. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, the 10factorinfra modules cannot be refunded or exchanged once access is granted.

6. Use of Our Products

All digital materials (documents, templates, source code, modules, etc.) are licensed for personal or business use, not resale or redistribution.

You may not:

  • Resell or distribute our products.

  • Claim our work as your own.

  • Use our materials for illegal purposes.

7. No Guarantees or Certifications

We provide best-practice security and compliance resources.

 However:

  • We do not guarantee certification outcomes (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI DSS).

  • Compliance depends on your overall implementation, processes, and environment.

  • Modules are provided “as-is” without warranties of completeness, suitability, or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10FactorInfra is not liable for:​

  • Loss of data

  • Security breaches in your cloud account

  • Misconfigurations caused by user actions

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of revenue or profits

  • Indirect or consequential damages

​Notwithstanding contrary clauses in this Agreement, in the event thatShipFast are deemed liable to you for breach of this Agreement, you agree that ShipFast's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for your services or software, which amount calculated in reliance upon this clause. You hereby release 10factorinfra (Staxa LLP) from any and all obligations, liabilities and claims in excess of this limitation.

9. Support

We offer limited support as specified at the time of purchase.
Support does not include:

  • Managing your cloud account.

  • Debugging unrelated infrastructure.

  • Hands-on remediation unless part of a paid engagement.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or misuse the product

  • Engage in activities harmful to the Service or other users
     

Upon termination, licenses are revoked and you must discontinue use of the materials.

11. Intellectual Property

All code, documentation, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of 10factorinfra and Staxa LLP.
No rights are transferred except those expressly granted.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Applicable laws of India. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and 10factorinfra or Staxa LLP as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent or employee of 10factorinfra or Staxa LLP. You agree that 10factorinfra or Staxa LLP will not be liable by reason of any representation, act or omission to act by you.
